All orders are shipped Priority USPS mail within the United States. Orders outside the U.S. are sent normal delivery unless otherwise requested. If you wish to use FedEx or UPS, please specify your preferred method of shipping when completing your transaction. Shipping and handling fees are $5.00 and will be included in the cost of your order. If you request to ship via FedEx or UPS, additional charges will be added accordingly.

Returns
Poor Boyz Distribution, Inc. is dedicated to meeting your needs in a timely and professional manner. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt free of charge (note: Shipping costs will still apply). If you wish to return a product(s), please email pbpstore@poorboyzstore.com, and specify whether you would like a replacement or refund.

To return your items or receive a replacement:

1. Contact Poor Boyz at pbpstore@poorboyzstore.com. In the subject line, specify ‘refund’ or ‘replacement’. You will be given an RMA number.
2. Write the RMA you receive on your packing slip and include the slip with the item to return.
3. Send the package to:
